Delivery Policy

Free Standard UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. All UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday). In total, please allow around 6 to 12 working days from the moment you place your order. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with your Royal Mail tracking details.

Delays

If the estimated delivery window has passed, please allow an extra 3 working days. If your order still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number and we will look into it straight away.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Cancellations

Please email info@agelessbloomboutique.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it under our Return Policy.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please send clear photos and your order number to info@agelessbloomboutique.com.

Ageless Bloom Boutique is operated by Hybrid, a company registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 90343239, VAT no. NL004807063B58). There is no showroom or collection point at our registered address in Dongen.
